The Caledonia Ramblers Hiking Club uses members’ personal information in the following ways:

Executive members’ names are listed on the website and the printed hiking schedule. They can be contacted at caledoniaramblers@yahoo.ca. Hike leaders’ first names (only) and phone numbers are provided on the printed and on-line trip schedule.
A club membership list, which includes names, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses, is circulated to all members. The membership list (minus phone numbers) is also shared with FMCBC as required for the purpose of our liability insurance, which is through FMCBC. They also use the list to distribute the FMCBC newsletter, Cloudburst. The FMCBC does not sell, trade, rent or in any other way provide the list to any third party.
Photos taken by Club members on Club Trips may appear on the Club's Website, the Weekly Ramblings Newsletter, and/or on social media sites.
